Drive away winter with colorful flowers

A few years ago, they were still involved in the green classroom in Damsdorf and witnessed how interested the children were in studying the planted beds and display boards. They have always wanted to provide stimulation through nature rather than through "digital media."
Some children watched with interest and were also allowed to help with the planting. In the past, there was a school subject called "School Gardening," and the children were taught the basics of gardening and landscaping. Later, the topic was covered rudimentarily in other subjects. Nowadays, children are usually only exposed to flowers, fruit, and vegetables in their own gardens. It's all the more wonderful that there are activities where these curious youngsters can watch and learn with interest.
The flowers have been planted, and now we are delighted by the colorful blossoms and vibrant diversity. It's a small act of connection with nature and our community, demonstrating that spring is not just a season, but also a feeling of renewal and togetherness. Thanks to Bastian König from Damsdorf and Otto Schiller from Lehnin.
