Data protection
We appreciate your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Every time a webpage is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains information such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data), and logs the access.
This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring a trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offering. This serves to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offering in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.
Hosting Services by a Third-Party Provider
As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with services for hosting and presenting the website. This serves to safeguard our overriding legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offering. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in forms provided in the online shop, as described below, is processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope explained here.
This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, or when you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email). Required fields are marked as such, as we need the data in these cases to process the contract or to handle your inquiry, and you cannot complete your order or send the contact form without providing the required information. The data collected is evident from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract processing and to respond to your inquiries.
After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond this, as permitted by law and explained in this policy. You can delete your customer account at any time, either by sending a message to the contact details provided below or via a function provided in the customer account.

3. Data Sharing
To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we share your data with the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, to the extent required for delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose during the ordering process, we share the payment data collected for this purpose with the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, where applicable, with payment service providers commissioned by us or the selected payment service. Some of the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider during the ordering process using your login credentials. The respective payment service provider’s privacy policy applies.
We use payment and shipping service providers that are based in countries outside the European Union. The transmission of personal data to these companies only takes place if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
4. Email Newsletter
